Already the shape of a recruitment agency

No configuration project, no partner, no scoping exercise. The parts only an agency needs are already modules.

A recruitment agency, eventually

A toolkit for building an ATS is not an ATS — and every change afterwards is a ticket to whoever built it.

Already the shape of an agency

41 settings sections to tailor, not a blank canvas to design.

The difference that never appears on a feature grid

A suite gives you the parts to build a recruitment system. We give you the recruitment system.

Custom modules, process automation, assignment rules and territory management are a toolkit. Something has to be made out of them first — usually with a partner, a scoping exercise and weeks nobody costed. Then every change is another ticket to the person who built it.

Recruitly arrives with nineteen modules, over two hundred screens and recruitment master data already in place. You tailor it in settings, on the first afternoon, yourself.

Questions before you move

What does 'already shaped like an agency' mean?

That the things only an agency does are modules, not configuration. A BD Hub with spec sends and MPC campaigns. Job-change alerts on people you track. Blind CVs with configurable redactions. Agency scorecards as a tenant-wide qualification standard. Placements, retained fees, fee stages and fee splits. A weighted revenue forecast. Pulse leaderboards on the office screens. You do not design those — you use them on day one.

Do I need a partner to implement it?

No. A system that can be configured into anything has to be made into something first, which is why suite implementations so often involve a partner, a scoping exercise and a delay that never appears on a pricing page. Recruitly ships with recruitment master data, pipelines, statuses and workflows already in place, and a Get Set Up flow to tailor them.

How is the AI different from an AI module?

It sits in the path of the work. A profile is scored against your live jobs while you are still on LinkedIn. The application review runs before anyone opens the record. The advert composes itself per board. The call transcribes and writes its own summary onto the candidate. The scorecard populates from the CV and the brief. Simi, our conversational copilot, is rolling out to customers now and widening this week.

What about temp and contract?

Same system. Temp, contract and permanent share one database, with placements, retained fees, fee stages and Xero or QuickBooks invoicing included, rather than a second product bought alongside for temp staffing.

What is relationship intelligence?

When you open a LinkedIn profile, Recruitly shows which of your colleagues is connected to that person, who on your team last viewed them and when, and how long they have been on your radar. Agencies lose placements because someone three desks away already had the relationship and nobody knew. No other system in this category surfaces it.

How does a migration from Zoho work?

A specialist runs a two-stage process: a sample export on day 1, the plan and quote signed off on day 5, 100 records per module validated by you on day 12, then the full load and a second sign-off on day 14, followed by a parallel run before go-live. Zoho's export tooling is good, which makes the first stage quick.

Start recruiting on Monday, not configuring.
