How to dictate a note and set a follow-up reminder in Recruitly
Open a contact, dictate the note instead of typing it, and set a reminder for the follow-up. The note holds the context and the reminder makes sure it happens.
A note is only useful if you act on it. In Recruitly you dictate the note on the record and attach a reminder to it in the same step, so the context and the follow-up live together.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (53 s), part of the Win clients series.
Dictate the note
- Open the contact and choose to add a note.
- Press the dictate button and say what needs doing, for example "call him in two days about the sales manager role".
- Recruitly writes the note for you.
Set the reminder
Set the reminder for the day you want, and a specific time if it matters. When it is due you get the notification, with the note there for context.
See the recruitment CRM and action items from meetings, where Simi creates follow-ups from your calls.
