How to add companies and contacts to your CRM straight from LinkedIn
Add a company and its people to Recruitly from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension or by pasting a profile URL, with details filled in and optional data enrichment.
Building a client list should not mean typing out company pages. Recruitly adds a company and the people who work there straight from LinkedIn, either with the Chrome extension or by pasting a profile URL, and fills in the details for you.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (3 min 12 s), part of the Win clients series.
Add a company
- With the extension: on the company's LinkedIn page, click the extension, select the company and add it to your CRM as a company. Review the filled-in details and save.
- With a URL: copy the LinkedIn URL, click + New and choose Company, then paste or search. Add a phone number and address if you have them and click Create.
Add the company's people as contacts
On the company's People tab in LinkedIn, everyone there is listed, from the CEO and CFO to managers. Click Quick Add and choose Contact. They appear in the company's People section and in Contacts, where the rest of your team can see them.
Add a contact from a profile URL, with enrichment
Click + New, choose Contact and paste the LinkedIn URL. You can enrich the record as you add it. Recruitly tells you what information it can and cannot find, and the credits charged, before you click Add. If the contact's employer is not in your CRM yet, choose a match or create the company and the contact is linked to it.

Can I add a LinkedIn contact without the Chrome extension?
Yes. Copy the profile URL, click + New, choose Contact and paste it. Recruitly fetches the details.
Does Recruitly link a new contact to their company?
Yes. It shows the contact's employer and either links them to the existing company or creates it.
