How to dictate notes on candidate records and skip the typing
Press Dictate on a candidate record, say the note, and Recruitly types it out, ready for an activity type and a reminder.
Recruiters write notes all day and long ones take time to type. In Recruitly you dictate the note and it is transcribed onto the record.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 16 s), part of the Run your desk series.
Dictate a note
- Open the candidate record and add a note.
- Click Dictate and say it, for example the candidate's past roles, the roles they want, their experience and when they can interview.
- Stop the recording. The note is typed out.
- Assign an activity type and set a reminder if you want one, then save.
For calls and meetings, Simi writes the notes for you. See AI meeting notes and AI call recording.
Does Recruitly transcribe voice notes?
