You remember writing "regarding sales" in a note and cannot remember who it was about. Recruitly lets you search the notes field on its own, so the candidate turns up in one search, without Boolean strings.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 47 s), part of the Run your desk series.

Search inside notes

  1. Click Choose Fields and select only Notes.
  2. Type the phrase in the search bar and press Enter.
  3. Every record with a note containing those words is listed. Open one and the note is in its activity section.

Filter by the last note

  • Last note by user: in Advanced Filters type Last, choose Last note by user and pick one or more colleagues.
  • Last note date: pick a day or week such as yesterday or this week so far, a date range from the calendar, or a number of days.
