Duplicates build up in any candidate database over time. Recruitly lists them for you with a system filter, and merging takes a few clicks.

Find and merge duplicates

  1. Search the system filters and select Duplicate candidates, then Apply. Every duplicate in the module is listed.
  2. Select the candidates to merge.
  3. Click More and choose Merge.
  4. Choose the destination candidate and click Merge.

The merged duplicates leave the list. Ongoing clean-up is also done by the data maintenance agent. See data for the rest.
