KPIs are how a desk knows what good looks like each week. Recruitly lets you set them by hand, or start from the revenue you want this year and let AI work back to the activity targets that get you there.

Add a KPI by hand

  2. Click the plus icon and choose a team or a user.
  3. Pick the metric and set the objective, monthly or weekly.
  4. Add a start and end date, or leave it ongoing.

Repeat for more KPIs, or clone one.

Let AI suggest KPIs

  1. Click AI Suggest and enter your annual revenue target.
  2. AI suggests achievable targets and revenue ranges for your team. Click Reassess for a new recommendation.
  3. Click Next and choose who it applies to: everyone, one team or one user.
  4. Choose whether to replace existing KPI assignments or keep them alongside.
  5. Click Generate Suggestions and the KPIs are created.
