Recruitly connects to Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. Once one is connected through the Marketplace, you raise the invoice for a placement without leaving Recruitly, or record one you raised elsewhere.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 53 s), part of the Deliver and get paid series.

Raise it through your accounting app

  1. Open Billing and the Placement tab, and pick the placement.
  2. Click + Create invoice and choose your connected platform, such as Xero.
  3. Company, contact, dates, currency, status, tax type and line items fill in from the placement and your defaults. Adjust anything.
  4. Click Create invoice. It shows under Invoices.

Record an invoice manually

Click + Create invoice and choose Record manually. Enter the invoice number, date and optional due date. The line item comes from the placement. Upload the invoice document or paste a link, tick Mark as paid if it is paid, add notes and click Record invoice.

See recruitment billing, placement management and the Marketplace.
