The quickest way to find someone in Recruitly is the search box at the top of Candidates. Type a skill, a job title or a company and matching records appear as you type.

Run a keyword search

  1. Open Candidates.
  2. Click into the search box above the list.
  3. Type the keyword, such as customer success manager. Results update instantly.

For tighter searches, stack filters or use AI search. See candidate matching and CV management.
