Advanced search works across Recruitly's modules, including candidates, contacts, companies and jobs. You can build the search yourself from filters, or describe what you want and let AI build it.

Build a search from filters
- Pick a filter such as Skills and choose how it works: Is one of, Is not one of or Has all.
- Search skills across both the CV and the skills field, so a skill mentioned only in a CV still counts.
- Combine criteria, for example skills plus status, to narrow a large database.
Save it
Click Save Search and name it. Saved searches update in real time, so new or changed candidates appear in the results automatically.
Try AI Search
Next to the search field, Try AI Search takes plain English, such as candidates who have a CV but no branded CV, or a skill in a location at a certain status. Click Generate Query and Recruitly builds the filters and shows the matches.
