Contracts, terms and agreements go out every day on a recruitment desk. DigiSign is built into Recruitly, so you send a document for signature from the candidate's record, or any other record, without a separate e-signature tool.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (3 min 6 s), part of the Win clients series.

Send a document for signature

  1. Open the candidate and go to Files, then E-Signature Request.
  2. Click Send for E-Signature.
  3. Choose the sender, then a template or upload a file. Pick a message template and the email body fills in.
  4. Add more recipients and a signing order if needed, and CC anyone who should get the signed copy.
  5. Set visibility: only you, your whole team or selected users.
  6. Click Prepare for Signing, place the signature in the PDF editor and add checkboxes, editable dates, formulas or drawing fields.
  7. Preview, then Send.

Track and manage signatures

Progress shows on the record, and signed documents move to Completed. You can send a reminder or revoke the request. The DigiSign area holds every document in one place, plus your senders, document templates, message templates, default visibility, and activity settings so sent, revoked and signed documents count in your KPIs.
