How Simi gets into the conversation

• Teams, Zoom or Google Meet: add simi@recruitly.app to the invite.
• Recruitly's phone system: she is on every call already.
• Aircall, Dialpad and others: connect them and Simi works from the transcript they send.
• Face to face: the Recruitly phone app records it.

What a recap holds

Who it was with, how long, a line on what was said, and Pulse, Simi's read of the mood. Open one for the half-minute summary, key points and next steps with a name against each. Ask Simi a question and she answers from the transcript. The transcript and recording are there too.

The admin, drafted

From one meeting Simi drafted twelve actions: a new job title and direct line for the record, tasks and a follow-up call with the line each came from, a note, a second vacancy as a draft job, and the email you promised. Anything that changes a record or goes to a client waits for your click. On a candidate call she fills in the job's scorecard.

Across the agency

Search every conversation for a phrase such as notice period. Choose All agents to see the whole team. The Simi tab on every record shows what is waiting on you, on your team and what has gone quiet. Thirty minutes before a meeting Simi emails a brief, and her call prep is in the dialler before you pick up, even on a colleague's client.
