In meetings
Add simi@recruitly.app to the invite, the way you would add a colleague, on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or Webex. No plug-in, no calendar connection, nothing for IT to approve. She joins under your agency's name, tells everyone she is taking notes and stays quiet. Afterwards the notes are on the client, the candidate and the job, with real names against every line of the transcript.
