Set it up in minutes

  1. Open the Scheduler and connect Google or Outlook.
  2. Add a meeting type: its length, its video link, and whether the booker becomes a contact, candidate or lead.
  3. Set your hours, buffers and minimum notice. Nobody can book over your diary.
  4. Copy your link into your signature, outreach and sequences.

What happens when someone books

They pick a time, type their email and a code, and they are booked, with no account and no long form. The code keeps bots and typos out, and one switch limits bookings to work emails. A demo becomes a lead, an intro a contact and a screening call a candidate, in the stage you chose, and anyone already in your database is linked, not duplicated.
