How to schedule an interview in Recruitly: three ways
Schedule a candidate interview from the candidate profile, from the job pipeline, or track it in the Interviews module, with the job, candidate and client filled in and calendar invites sent.
Recruitly gives you three places to book and manage an interview: the candidate's profile, the job pipeline and the Interviews module. Whichever you start from, the scheduler opens with the job, candidate and client details already in, and everyone invited gets the interview in their calendar.

Schedule an interview from a candidate profile
- Go to Candidates in the left sidebar and open the candidate.
- In Details, open Engagements and choose the Interviews tab.
- Click Add Interview. If the candidate is not on a job yet, Recruitly suggests matching jobs, so pick the right one.
- Set the date and time, the interview type and any notes. The job, candidate and client are pre-filled where available.
- Choose who receives the invitation, such as the candidate and the client, and send a calendar invite if you want it in their calendars.
- Click Schedule and send invitees, then Confirm and schedule. The attendees are notified.
Schedule an interview from the job pipeline
Open the job from Jobs, go to its pipeline and find the candidate. Start the interview scheduling from the candidate's card, so you never leave the job workflow.
Track interviews in the Interviews module
Interviews in the left sidebar lists every scheduled interview and what is coming up, for you and the team.
For booking links that let candidates and clients pick a time themselves, see the AI Scheduler. The recruitment pipeline page covers the board the interviews run from.
Can I schedule an interview for a candidate who is not on a job yet?
Yes. When you add an interview from the profile, Recruitly suggests matching jobs and you pick the one the interview is for.
Do the candidate and client get calendar invites?
Yes. You choose who receives the invitation and can send a calendar invite so the interview lands straight in their calendars.
