Every open job in Recruitly can go live on your agency's careers page from the job itself. There is no separate website editor and no copy and paste: one toggle in the Promote section publishes it, and the job gets its own page link you can share anywhere.

This short video shows the whole thing in under a minute.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (51 s), part of the Fill jobs series.

Publish a job to your careers page

  1. Open the job you want to publish.
  2. Go to the Promote section.
  3. Toggle on Show on Careers Page. The job is now live on your careers page.
  4. Set a pay label if the job does not have one yet.
  5. Click Page Link to open the job's own page, then copy the link to share it.

Every job you publish this way also appears in the full list of jobs on your website.

Where else Promote sends a job

The same Promote section multi-posts the advert to your connected job boards and opens the client and candidate portals. See job posting and job board multiposting for what is connected, and WordPress sites if your website runs on WordPress.

Do I need a developer to put jobs on my agency website?

No. Turning on Show on Careers Page publishes the job, and the careers page lists every job you have published.

Can I share a single job instead of the whole careers page?

Yes. Page Link gives each published job its own URL, which you can copy into an email, a WhatsApp or a social post.
