Booking an interview in Recruitly starts on the job's pipeline, where the candidate already is. Drag the card into the interview stage and the scheduler opens with the details in. When you confirm, Recruitly can email the candidate, email the client and send a calendar invite to everyone.

Two ways to open the interview scheduler
- Drag the candidate card into the interview stage.
- Or click the three dots on the card and choose Schedule Interview.
Fill in the interview
- Choose the date, time and time frame.
- Pick the interview type: video, phone or in person.
- Open all the options to set the client contact, the interview stage, the interview owner and the title, and add any notes.
- Choose who is notified: Email candidate, Email client, or a calendar invite for all attendees.
- Click Schedule and send the invite, review the details, then Confirm and schedule.
If you chose to email the candidate or client, the email compose screen opens next. Write the message or use one of your response templates, then send it.
Interviews without the back and forth

Can Recruitly email the candidate and client when I book an interview?
