How to approve or reject job applicants in seconds with AI assessment
Simi compares every applicant's CV with the job's required skills and qualifications and writes an assessment, so you can reject with a reason or approve in seconds.
Every job in Recruitly carries its required skills and key qualifications. Simi compares those with each applicant's CV and writes an assessment, so you can make the call on an application in seconds instead of reading every CV from the top.
In this video a junior web developer applicant scores well on skills and language, and the assessment shows exactly why overall relevancy is lower: no UI/UX certification, which the role requires.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 57 s), part of the Fill jobs series.

- Choose whether to save the candidate to your database for future jobs.
- Reject, then send the rejection email or close it.
See AI application review for how the scoring works, and CV management for what happens to the CVs you keep.
How does Recruitly's AI assess a job application?
It compares the applicant's CV with the job's required skills and qualifications and gives a skill score, a language score and overall relevancy, with the reasoning written out.
Does the AI reject applicants on its own?
No. You read the assessment and decide. Reject asks you for the reason and the rejection email is yours to send.
