What is Continuous Backups?
Your data already runs live in two countries, with our own backups locked away (see how we run the infrastructure). Continuous Backups adds the one thing no vendor can match: a fresh copy of every record and every document, written to storage outside Recruitly on a schedule you choose. You will find it under your name, in Data. Nothing is switched on until you say so, because it is your data and it is your call.
How often, and what it costs
Monthly is free for every agency. Tick it and a full copy goes out every month, starting with one straight away. If a month is too long, weekly is $29 a month and daily is $99, on top of your Recruitly plan. You pay on the same screen and the tick follows what you own. You can turn backups off at any time.
What is in a backup
Each backup gets its own dated folder. Every record goes first, then every document and CV. Inside are fourteen data files, one for each kind of record: candidates, contacts, companies, leads, deals, jobs, pipelines, interviews, placements, invoices, notes, tasks, your documents index and your users. They are open files any tool can read, and your documents come in one-gigabyte parts. Every field is published for your developers on recruitly.dev, so the copy can be loaded anywhere you like.
How do I download it?
Click Download on any finished backup and we email you a code. It is good for ten minutes, and nothing opens without it. The links it gives you work for fifteen minutes, long enough to pull every file down.
Why you can trust the copy
The copy is kept outside Recruitly, in separate storage. Every row is checked to be your agency's before it goes out, and if a single row does not match, nothing is published. That is the point of the whole thing: a copy you hold, that we cannot lose for you.
