The day starts on Home
Home shows your own numbers and pipeline on the left and My day on the right: your call queue, plus your meetings and tasks for today and tomorrow. Open an upcoming meeting and Simi has the prep ready, covering who you are meeting, what the conversation is for, what you already know and what to ask. Simi joins the meeting too, so nobody writes anything down.
Winning the client on the BD desk
Leads holds everyone you are trying to turn into a client, with where they came from and the stage you have reached. Companies, Contacts and Deals hold the rest. In the film the top deal is DHL's logistics hiring for next year, worth eighty-four thousand in fees, in negotiation with their Head of Talent Acquisition.
From the client's call to a drafted job
A brief can reach you in a Teams, Zoom or Google Meet call that Simi joins, face to face recorded on the Recruitly phone app, or on a call you take in Recruitly. You talk and Simi takes the notes. When you hang up, the call is written up with what the client asked for, what you agreed and what you promised.
Under After the call, Simi drafts the next steps: a follow-up task, a note on the company record and a new job with the title, client, salary and skills filled in from the conversation. Finding candidates
- AI Matches ranks people in your own database against the job, within a radius of the location, with match strength, distance and when your team last spoke to them.
- LinkedIn on the same job runs a search built from the title, skills and location, for the people you do not know yet.
- Promote publishes the job to your careers page and website and multi-posts it to your job boards. The client portal lets the client see the job and the candidates you share.

Every application read and scored
Applications from every board arrive in one list, already read by Simi against the brief. AI Score shows how strong the match is and Scorecard shows how many of the client's must-haves each applicant meets, in green, amber and red. Approve puts an applicant on the pipeline at the stage you pick. Reject asks for the reason and opens the rejection email, ready to send. See AI application review.
Shortlist, submit, interview, place
Calls to candidates are written up by Simi onto their thread, beside every email, WhatsApp and note your team has had with them. Submit to Client sends the shortlist in one email with a cover note from Write with AI, and each CV goes as the original, a blind CV or a branded CV. The client gets a private review page and the candidates move to CV Sent.
Interviews are scheduled from the pipeline with Simi beside the form, and each side gets its own invite. When the offer is accepted, Create Placement opens with the candidate, job, salary, start date and fee filled in, and the fee goes straight into Billings and onto your numbers in Pulse, which also runs on the office TV.
