How to put a value and win probability on every recruitment deal
Give each deal an estimated fee and a winning probability, track it on the Kanban board, and add a dictated note when the client agrees so it can become a job.
A deal is future revenue, so it should carry a number. If a candidate's salary is £10,000 and your fee is 10%, the deal is worth £1,000. Putting that value and a win probability on every deal in Recruitly shows what your pipeline could bring in.

Value a deal
- Open Deals and click Edit on a deal with no value.
- Enter the value and a winning probability.
- Click Save.
Track it to won
The Kanban view shows where every deal sits. When the client confirms, move the deal to Won. Open it and dictate a note on what was agreed, pick the activity type and save. The deal is then ready to convert into a job.

How do I work out a recruitment deal value?
Multiply the expected salary by your fee percentage. A £10,000 salary at a 10% fee is a £1,000 deal.
What happens when a deal is won?
Move it to Won, add a note on what the client agreed, and convert it into a job.
