BD Hub: how to pitch candidates to clients proactively

BD Hub turns your best candidates into new business. Instead of waiting for a vacancy, you present a candidate to a client who is likely to want them. The overview shows your BD activity and every spec send.

Create a spec send

1. Open BD Hub, go to the Spec Send tab and click New Spec Send.
2. Select the candidate, the role they suit and the client, then Continue.
3. Choose how to share the CV: blind, branded or original. For a blind send the candidate's identity stays hidden.
4. Choose the documents: the blind CV, shared documents from your settings and documents from the candidate's record. Only include files that do not reveal who the candidate is.
5. Set how long the client can view the profile, such as fourteen days.
6. Choose delivery, preview what the client receives, write the message and click Spec Send.

Can a client open a spec CV forever?

No. You set an expiry, such as fourteen days, and the client cannot open the profile after it.

Can I spec a branded CV instead of a blind one?

Yes. BD Hub lets you send a blind, branded or original CV.
