API Exchange Pro is Recruitly's LinkedIn extension for Chrome. It suggests jobs for every profile you view, brings your LinkedIn connections into the CRM without duplicates, and captures whole LinkedIn search results into your pipeline.

Install and connect
- Remove the old API Exchange extension from Manage Extensions in Chrome.
- Open the API Exchange Pro link in the help guide, click Add to Chrome and Add Extension.
- On LinkedIn, pin the extension, open it, enter your Recruitly email and click Send Verification Code.
- Paste the code from your inbox and click Verify and Connect.
What is inside
- Home: turn on AI job matches to see the most relevant jobs from your account with a match score for each profile you view, plus your recently visited profiles, filtered by people or companies and whether they are in Recruitly.
- My Connections: see which connections are already in Recruitly. Import your LinkedIn data export zip whenever you like, and duplicates are prevented automatically.
- LinkedIn Search Capture: on a LinkedIn or LinkedIn Talent Solutions results page, the extension detects the profiles. Capture them as Talent or BD, and they are enriched and imported into your pipeline.
- Settings: daily activity limits that keep you within LinkedIn's safe thresholds and reset at midnight, import history, work hours, your account and dark mode.
Add a profile to Recruitly
Open a LinkedIn profile and the panel shows any known email or phone, or a lookup option, plus AI job matches. Click the profile, Add to CRM, and choose candidate, contact or lead. Existing records show their reference and Open in CRM, with LinkedIn, CRM and Activity tabs. Add to Note logs a note on the record in real time.

Can I import my LinkedIn connections into Recruitly?
Yes. Download your LinkedIn data export and drop the zip into My Connections. Duplicates are not created.
Does the extension keep me within LinkedIn limits?
Yes. Activity limits in settings track daily usage against LinkedIn's safe thresholds and reset at midnight.
