LinkedIn Warmup: engage with every post your clients make
You pick the clients and candidates. When one of them posts, two or three of your recruiters like it from their own LinkedIn, hours apart, and Simi skips the posts you should never touch.
Whoever shows up on a client's LinkedIn post is the recruiter they think of when the next role opens. Your team is on calls all day, so most of those posts go by. LinkedIn Warmup in Recruitly puts your recruiters on every one of them, like real people, and Simi makes sure it is always the right moment.

How it works
You pick the people: a saved search of clients, contacts, leads or candidates, or a Loops channel, so everyone who joins it later is watched too. When one of them posts, two or three of your recruiters react from their own LinkedIn, hours apart, with the relationship owner picked more often. Now and then one comments, with words Simi wrote in that recruiter's voice, and nothing goes until the recruiter approves it on their Today page.
Only teammates who joined the agency's warmup pool are ever used, and everything goes through their own LinkedIn limits. They can pause or leave any time.
Simi reads every post first
Redundancies, a bereavement, a complaint about recruiters, politics: Simi skips them and writes down why, so nobody on your team cheers at the wrong moment. She checks the person too, and anyone with a dispute on record, a lost account or a request not to be contacted is never touched. The Analytics tab shows who engaged back, the people who replied or connected after your team showed up.
