AI lead generation for recruiters: a BD target list that builds itself
Tell Simi what a channel is for, and she builds your BD target list from across the web, screens every profile against your brief and keeps the list fresh.
Opening a new desk means finding the people who hire, and that is legwork. In Recruitly, Simi does it for you: you tell her what a Loop Channel is for, she finds the right people on the web, screens every profile against your brief and saves the ones worth calling as leads on your new business pipeline. Your consultants spend their day on the calls. This video follows a recruiter opening a fintech desk in London.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (5 min 57 s).
Build your BD target list with Simi
- Start a new channel and tell Simi what it is for, in a few words like 'BD for our new fintech desk'. Elaborate it with AI writes it out using what Simi knows about your agency.
- Pick Leads under Save them as, so everyone she finds lands as a lead.
- Under Where do people come from, pick Source from Web.
- Simi writes the search herself, for example Heads of Talent at banks and fintechs in London, and tells you how many people match. Open it to change the job titles, the location or the industry.
- Choose the contact details she looks for (work email, personal email or mobile, each charged only when found) and the pipeline stage your leads start on.
- Set how often she searches again. Every week she adds only people new to the channel.
- Give the list a name, add the consultants who will work it with you, and create the channel.

What does Simi do before anyone is saved?
Simi checks every person before you pay for them. Nothing is sourced until you press Start sourcing: she first posts how many people match, three of them by name, the most the first run can cost, and checks on your plan, credits and monthly limit. Then she reads each profile against your brief and skips anyone in the wrong job, sector or location, and if a profile is too thin to judge she keeps the person. She links anyone already in your CRM to their existing record and adds nobody twice. Only the new people are saved, with their full profile, at $0.15 each.
How does the list stay fresh?
Agent Tasks keep working on the list in the background. Job change alerts reread everyone's LinkedIn monthly, weekly or daily, and when a Head of Talent moves, Simi's card offers the next moves: call the old company about the empty seat, add the new company as a lead with a friend inside, and send a well-done note Simi drafted from you. Email List Cleanup checks every address and moves dead ones to your Email Blacklist with the reason, so your campaigns never send to them. Each task shows what it costs a month before you turn it on. See Email List Cleanup.
