Agent Tasks for recruiters: job change alerts and email list cleanup

Agent Tasks put Simi to work on a Loop Channel in the background: she tells you when a candidate, client or prospect changes job and keeps your email list clean.

Your desk is built on people: candidates you placed, clients who hire from you and prospects you are still winning over. When they change jobs or their emails go dead, nobody on the team has time to keep checking. Agent Tasks are how Simi keeps watch on a Loop Channel for you, in the background, at the pace you pick. This video shows what she does and how to switch it on.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 18 s).

What Agent Tasks do

  • Job changes: Simi re-reads everyone's LinkedIn and posts a card in the channel the day someone moves, with the next moves ready: the empty seat to fill, the new company as a lead with a friend inside, and a well-done note Simi wrote from you.
  • Email List Cleanup: Simi checks every address and moves dead ones to your Email Blacklist, so campaigns and drips skip them. One card in the channel says who, and why.

Turn on an Agent Task

  1. Open a channel and press Put Simi to work beside its name. Simi tells you what her Agent Tasks do, and the guide is one click away.
  2. Press a task card: Job changes or Email List Cleanup.
  3. Turn it on and pick how often. The cost a month shows before anything starts, next to your monthly cap.
  4. Press Start checking monthly. Agent Tasks takes you back to the list, where the task says On.
  5. Open a task that is on to see what Simi did on her last run. Change the pace any time, or turn it off and it stops at once.

How much do Agent Tasks cost?

You only pay for what Simi checks, and you see the cost before it starts. The job change alerts themselves are free: each check is one Live LinkedIn Profile lookup, so 240 people checked monthly is about $1.20 a month. Email List Cleanup is $0.0015 an address, about 36 cents a month for the same 240. See pricing.

Who should use Agent Tasks?

Any recruiter who keeps a list of people worth staying close to: placed candidates for repeat business, hiring managers who might move and take their budget with them, and prospects for business development. Simi keeps watch, and you make the call.
