Loop Channels: talent pools that keep themselves up to date
Describe a talent pool in one sentence and Simi keeps it current from your CRM. Your team talks about it in one place, reaches it with one campaign and hears about job changes.
Every desk has its people: Java developers in the UK, the clients you have placed with, the ones ready to move again. Reaching them usually means building filters, saving a list and then a campaign, while what the team knows about them sits in another chat. A Loop Channel starts with one sentence.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 48 s).
Create a channel
- Channels sit on the Loops rail after Actions. Press Create.
- Say who should be in it, such as senior Java developers in the UK open to a move. Simi turns it into a search and shows how many match.
- Adjust the sentence until it is right, then name it and pick a picture.
- Choose who runs it with you. Only your team sees what is said in a channel.
People join as their records come to match and leave when they stop. Nobody maintains the list.
Work the pool together
Inside, it works like any loop, with tags that open the candidate's record. Add a segment such as Birmingham and Simi finds who in the channel matches. Channel actions, beside the message box, opens an Email or WhatsApp campaign with the channel's people already picked.
Job change alerts
Turn on job changes and Simi checks each person's LinkedIn monthly, weekly or daily, which sets what it costs. When someone you placed moves, you hear it in the channel: their old seat is empty, the new company is a lead, and a note of congratulations is drafted.

Do I have to update a Loop Channel by hand?
No. People join and leave automatically as their records match the channel's description.
Can Recruitly tell me when a placed candidate changes job?
Yes. Turn on job changes in the channel and Simi checks LinkedIn on the schedule you choose.
