AI sourcing cost: you pay for people, not searches
What $0.15 buys when Simi sources people from the web: she screens and dedupes first, and you pay only for the new people saved to your CRM.
Most sourcing tools charge you for every record a search returns. When Simi sources people from the web for a Loop Channel in Recruitly, you pay for people, not searches: she does the work first and charges only for the full, screened profiles she saves to your CRM. This short video shows what fifteen cents buys.

What happens to every person Simi finds
- Simi searches the web for the people your channel is for. You are not charged for finding them.
- She screens every profile against the channel's purpose, and anyone in the wrong job, field or place is skipped, free.
- She checks your CRM, and anyone already yours is matched to their record and never saved twice, also free.
- Only the new people worth calling are saved, at $0.15 each. Emails and phones are charged only when she finds them.

When are you charged for AI sourcing?
Nothing is charged until you press Start sourcing, and Simi shows you the most the first run can cost before you do. If you set the channel to search again every week or every month, she adds only people new to the channel, so nobody is ever paid for twice.
How is this different from other sourcing tools?
Other sourcing tools charge you for every record a search returns. Here you only pay for a full profile Simi has screened and saved to your CRM, so every name is worth calling. See how it fits into Loops.
