From a thin client brief to a submitted candidate in minutes
Record a voice note to create the job, let AI Matches find candidates, and submit one to the client with an AI-written email, all in a few minutes.
A client needs a Customer Success Manager urgently and has shared almost nothing. In this video the recruiter goes from that thin brief to a candidate in front of the client without filling in a long form or typing a job description.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 51 s), part of the Fill jobs series.
Create the job from a voice note
- Click + New and choose Job.
- Click Record and say what you know: the role, the company, permanent, the key skills and the location.
- The job form fills in from what you said. Pick the company, which fills itself, add the contact and create the job.
The client brief goes into the job's details. See job management, and job from a client call for doing the same straight from the client's call.
Find candidates without manual sourcing
Source lets you drag in CVs or search your database or CV library. When there is no time for that, open AI Matches and click Find AI Matches. A ranked list appears in seconds and you check the scores, assign the candidate to the job and pick the stage. More on AI matching.
Submit to the client
Move the candidate to CV Submitted and the submit bar opens, with AI already drafting the email that goes with the CV. Select the candidate and click Submit.
Can I create a job in Recruitly by speaking?
Yes. Click Record on a new job and describe the role. The form fills in from your voice note and you add the company and contact.
Does AI write the email that goes with a CV?
Yes. When you submit a candidate, AI drafts the covering email and you send it.
