A temp role and an executive search do not move through the same stages. Pipeline workflows in Recruitly let you keep a set of stages for each kind of job and switch a job onto the right one.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (3 min 36 s), part of the Fill jobs series.

Create a workflow

  1. Open a job and go to its pipeline. The current workflow shows top right.
  2. Click Change Workflow, then Manage Workflows in Master Data.
  3. Click Create Workflow and name it, for example Temporary or Permanent.
  4. Choose whether it becomes your default for new jobs, then click Create.

Add and choose stages

  1. The existing Recruitly stages are already available in the workflow.
  2. Click Add New Stage, choose the type, name the column (for example Application) and set its background and text colours.
  3. Select the stages you want and leave the rest unselected. A workflow holds up to twelve stages.
  4. Click Save Stages.

Apply a workflow to a job

On the job's pipeline, click the current workflow, choose Change Workflow and pick or search for the one you want. More on the recruitment pipeline and workflow automations.
