Copying jobs onto your website by hand means it is always out of date. Recruitly puts your live jobs on your own site and keeps them current. This video shows the two ways: the WordPress plugin, and an embedded job board for any other website.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 49 s), part of the Get set up series.

Find the three ways

Open any job, go to Promote, then Website. You see the WordPress plugin, an embedded job theme for any other website, and a custom API integration for your developers.

How do I put my jobs on a WordPress website?

  1. Press slash and type api keys. Open Public API Keys and copy the key you made for WordPress.
  2. In WordPress, install the Recruitly plugin and open its settings.
  3. Paste the key into Public API Key and click Update Configuration. Your jobs sync across on their own.
  4. Use the plugin's shortcode to put the jobs on any page.
  5. Back in Recruitly, your site shows under Connected WordPress Sites, with a button to resync it.

How do I put my jobs on a website that is not WordPress?

  1. On the job's Promote tab, open Website and click Configure beside Embedded Job Theme.
  2. Open your theme. The live preview shows your job board as visitors will see it.
  3. Pick your colours and save.
  4. Open Embed Code, choose your API key and copy the code.
  5. Paste it into a page on your website. Your live jobs appear there.

Only jobs published to your careers page go to your website. See WordPress sites and job posting in Recruitly.
