How to submit a candidate's CV to a client from the job pipeline
Drag a candidate to CV Sent, and the CV submit form opens so you can share the candidate with the client in seconds. AI warns you if the fit looks weak.
Sending a candidate to a client is a drag in Recruitly. With the CV Sent automation switched on, dropping a card in that column opens the submit form, and the candidate's CV is with the client a few seconds later.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 11 s), part of the Fill jobs series.
Submit from the pipeline
- Open the job from Jobs and go to its pipeline.
- On the CV Sent stage, check the lightning bolt is green and that Auto-open CV submit form is on.
- Drag the candidate into CV Sent. The submit form opens.
- Select the candidate and click Submit.
If the candidate looks like a weak fit for the job, AI warns you before you send. You can still send them.
