How Simi knows who is waiting

Every email, WhatsApp, text, LinkedIn message, call and meeting with a person lands in one conversation, and Simi reads each as it arrives. A client's question by email appears in their own words, and a promise you made on a call appears too.

Working the list

  • Simi Decisions is on Home next to My day, and the number is how many people are waiting on you.
  • Hold Not real if Simi got one wrong, and Done when it is dealt with. Answer the person and Simi clears it herself.
  • Sort by most important and offers, interviews and new jobs come first. Tick Leads to revenue for your morning.
  • Filter by who is waiting, asked or promised, or what it is about.
  • Switch to the whole team to see who owes the most, overdue in red. The gavel in the top bar carries your count everywhere.
