Submit CVs to clients with AI: cover email written, checks done, replies read
Tick your shortlist and choose Submit to Client. Simi writes the cover email, leaves out weak fits, checks what the client will see, and reads the client's reply for you.
The send-out is the moment you have been working towards, and it is still manual in most agencies. A weak CV slips in, or the client gets the candidate's mobile and goes direct. In Recruitly, Simi writes the email, checks it before it goes and watches for the client's answer.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 24 s).
Send the shortlist
- On the job's pipeline, tick the candidates and choose Submit to Client.
- Choose whether Recruitly sends the email or you just take the link.
- Pick the original or branded CV for each person, and whether the client sees who they are.
- Simi reads each CV against the job, writes the cover email and leaves out anyone who is not right, with her reason.
- Press Submit for a last look. Simi flags problems, such as the client being about to see contact details. Fix it and confirm.
Everyone moves to CV Sent and it is logged on their records.
The client's side
The client gets one private link, reads each profile and CV and answers with one click: request an interview, ask for more, or not suitable. If they reply by email instead, Simi reads it and marks the candidate on your pipeline. Already emailed them yourself? Choose not to send an email and it is still recorded.

Can AI write the email that goes with my CVs?
Yes. Simi writes the cover email from each CV and the job.
How does Recruitly stop a client going direct to a candidate?
You choose whether the client sees the candidate's identity and contact details, and Simi warns you before anything that would reveal them goes out.
