Every marketing email should look like your agency made it, without an hour in an editor. Recruitly gets Claude or ChatGPT to design it in your brand, in one of two ways.

Copy the instructions

  1. Open Marketing, Email Campaigns and start a new campaign. Choose Design with Claude, Design with ChatGPT, or Paste your HTML.
  2. Recruitly writes the instructions with your logo, brand colours and fonts, website and address, the pictures from past emails, and the rules for looking right in Gmail and Outlook. A house style set by an admin in Brand Assets is already picked.
  3. Copy, paste into Claude and tell it what the email is for. Ask for changes until you are happy.
  4. Paste Claude's last answer back into Recruitly. Scripts, forms and anything unsafe are removed. Click Use this email.
  5. Drop in any local pictures and Recruitly puts them online, then preview on a computer and a phone before adding a subject and scheduling.

Connect Claude once

Connect Claude to Recruitly and have a Super user switch on Allow AI assistants to make changes. Then just ask Claude for an email. It reads your brand from Recruitly and, when you say save it, puts it in your templates. ChatGPT works the same way, and your saved templates still work as before.
