Automatic CRM data entry with Simi AI
Simi adds everyone new who writes to your agency to Recruitly by your rules, as a candidate, contact, lead, deal, job or referred candidate, and asks you when she isn't sure.
A vet emails a CV, a practice manager WhatsApps about cover, a client passes on a friend's details. Each one is a name to copy, a CV to upload and a signature to type in, so it waits until someone has a minute, and usually that minute never comes. This video shows how Simi adds those people to Recruitly herself, so the whole team can see them. It is part of Recruitly, the AI operating system for recruitment agencies.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (3 min 24 s).
What Simi adds
When someone who isn't in Recruitly emails, WhatsApps, messages on LinkedIn or phones one of your team, Simi reads who they are and what they want. Emails and WhatsApps reach her within a minute or two. A CV goes through the same CV parser you already use, so a candidate lands with their location, skills and work history filled in. With no CV she reads their message the same way, and a LinkedIn profile gives her a CV to build. Someone at a company you already have is linked to the right branch from their signature. A new business enquiry can become a lead, a vacancy can become a deal or a job, and a friend someone recommends becomes a candidate with the referrer kept.
When she asks you instead
Simi only adds someone when she is at least 90% sure and nothing is in doubt. Everything else comes to you as a card in Simi Decisions: pick the branch, press Create contact, and it's done. Every record she adds carries her note saying which message it came from, what she read and which of your rules she followed, and you can undo any of them for seven days from the Added by Simi card.
Your rules
A super user opens Chat, then Conversation settings, then Auto-create records, and chooses Use my rules. You pick what Simi reads, and for each kind of message you choose Add, Ask me or Off, and what it creates. Tagging is one plain instruction, such as "Tag people who have vet skills as Vet Surgeon", and Simi reads the message and the CV and judges it for herself. Newsletters, colleagues and no-reply addresses she skips without asking. The full guide has every setting.
