How to build reports and dashboards in ChatGPT or Claude
Ask ChatGPT or Claude for the report your job needs, in your own words, and get it built from your Recruitly data: an exec pack, a temp desk board, a 360 desk, a team's week.
A director, a temp desk, a 360 recruiter and a team lead each need different numbers. With Recruitly connected to ChatGPT or Claude, each of them asks in their own words and gets their report, built from their real Recruitly data and counted with their own access. This video asks as each of them. Inside Recruitly, Simi answers the same questions in Pulse, Reports.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (4 min 18 s), part of the Run your desk series.
The director: an exec pack in ChatGPT
Gary asks for last quarter's exec pack: fees perm and contract, by month, by client and by consultant, against the quarter before. When fees move, he asks what drove it, and the assistant counts both quarters and shows who moved the number, biggest first. Then it shows where candidates drop out, stage by stage. He saves it in Recruitly and it goes to the directors on the first of every month, each person counted with their own access.
The temp desk, the 360 recruiter and the team lead, in Claude
Sarah runs temps. Claude builds her a board of who is working, who finishes in the next four weeks, the margin on each one and the placements with no invoice, then puts her rebook calls in her tasks. She shares the board with everyone at the agency.
Jack does both sides, so his board has his clients and their jobs, his candidates through each stage and his fees. It shows which client contacts he has not spoken to in 90 days, and for his retained searches, which fee stages are billed and what is still to come.
Amy leads a team. She gets one row per person, calls, emails, CVs, interviews and placements, and who is busy but not converting. When she wants it in Recruitly, it is built as a live Pulse dashboard her team can open.
Who sees what?
Every number is counted as the person asking, by the same rules as Recruitly's own reports. A Super user sees the whole agency; a recruiter in a team whose data is restricted sees that team. The assistant and the app count the same way, so they never disagree.
