How to send a contract for signing from your team chat
Send terms of business or a contract for e-signature straight from the Loops chat where the deal was agreed, and watch each person view and sign on one card in that chat.
The client has just said yes in the chat, and now someone has to send the terms, find out who has signed, and chase the one who hasn't. In Loops, Recruitly's team chat, you send the contract from that same chat, and one card there shows each person as they view and sign. Your client signs from the card in their own Loops.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 52 s), part of the Run your desk series.
Send the contract from the loop
- Open the loop you share with the client and press + under the message box.
- Choose Send for signing. DigiSign opens with the newest file shared in the loop already picked.
- Check the signers. The client in the loop and the person they tagged are filled in from your CRM.
- Press Prepare for signing, place where each person signs, and send it. A template with its fields placed sends in one click.
Watch it get signed
- One card lands in the loop and shows each signer as Sent, Viewed or Signed, as it happens.
- Press Remind to nudge whoever hasn't signed, or Revoke to pull it back.
- If someone still hasn't signed after three days, Recruitly puts a reminder to chase them on your Actions.
- When the last person signs, the card folds to one line, Contract signed by, and the signed copy is saved on the record.
Can my client sign from the chat?
Yes. A client or candidate in a loop you shared with them sees the same card in their Loops, with a Sign button while they still have to sign. The signing page opens right there, so they don't need to find the email.
Who can see the signing card?
Everyone in the loop sees the card and each signer's state. Only the sender can remind or revoke, the chase reminder is only on the sender's Actions, and nobody's email address is shown on the card. Simi never reads the card, and nothing about the document is sent to AI. See how Simi works across the rest of Recruitly.
