How to use Loops, the team chat built into your recruitment CRM

Chat with colleagues next to your records: tag candidates, clients and jobs with @, hand over Simi Decisions, ring the loop with one tap, and let Simi keep every promise.

Loops is the team chat inside Recruitly. It sits in the top bar beside Simi Decisions, and the conversations stay next to the candidates, clients and jobs they are about. This video covers everything you will use day to day.

Find your way around

  • The number on Loops is your unread messages. Inside you see who is online and anything looped to you that is still open.
  • Loops are listed newest first. Bold is unread, green is online. Drag them into your own order and it follows you to every device.
  • Filter to unread loops or groups. Everyone in your agency is already there, and only the people in a loop can see it.
  • For a desk or an account, press plus, name the group and tick who is in.

Work on records together

  • Type @ to tag the candidates and clients you are talking to, or search everyone. A tagged job carries its pipeline and who is working it.
  • When a colleague loops you in on a Simi Decision, Reply opens the record and Done settles it in both places so nobody chases it twice.
  • On any decision card press Loop in. Simi already knows who owes it, and you can add others from the same desk. You see Waiting on them until they press Done.
  • Mentions from comments on records land in Loops too.

Talk, call and keep promises

  • Simi stickers, reactions and replies work the way they do on WhatsApp.
  • In a group, Loop call rings everyone in one tap, with Simi taking notes or kept private. Missed calls get Call back. Teams rings exactly the people in the loop if you prefer it.
  • Type a promise the way you normally would and Simi writes it down under your name with the day it is due. Actions shows every promise from every loop as a week, red when overdue and amber when due today.
