How to run meetings and interviews in Loops instead of Teams or Zoom
Pick Loops as the video option on event types, meetings and interviews. Guests join from a link in your agency's name with no app, and Simi's notes land on the record.
Loops meetings replace Teams, Zoom or Google Meet for your bookings, meetings and interviews. Guests join from a link in your agency's name with no app and no account, and Simi takes the notes without being invited.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 27 s), part of the Run your desk series.
Use Loops for bookings
Press slash and open Scheduler, then Event types. Edit one, such as Screening call, and under Video pick Loops instead of Teams. Save. Every booking now gets its own meeting link and password in the confirmation email.
Use Loops for one meeting
Press New, choose New Meeting and fill it in as usual. Under the time, pick Loops. The link is made at once with the password inside it, so the candidate never types one. The client gets a Host PIN so they can let the candidate in if you are not there. Save, and the link goes out in the invite.
Use Loops for an interview
On the job's pipeline, open the candidate's menu, choose Schedule next interview and pick Loops as the Interview Type. The Host PIN goes in the client's email, never the candidate's.
On the day and after
The guest opens the link on meet.recruitly.app in your agency's name and presses Join now. After the call, Simi's notes, with what was decided and who does what next, are in the meeting's loop and in the candidate's Journal. An admin can connect your own address in Meeting Settings so the link uses your domain.

Do candidates need an app to join a Loops meeting?
No. They open the link and press Join now, with no app and no account.
Do I have to invite Simi to take notes?
No. Simi is in every Loops meeting and takes the notes.
