How to let your client host the interview with a Host PIN
Give your client a Host PIN for a Loops interview so they run the call without you. They let the candidate in, can remove a guest, and Simi still takes the notes.
Most first interviews do not need the recruiter on the call. With Loops meetings in Recruitly you give your client a Host PIN, they run the interview, and Simi still writes it up onto the candidate's record.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 47 s), part of the Fill jobs series.
Book it from the pipeline
- On the job's pipeline, open the candidate's menu and choose Schedule next interview.
- Pick Loops as the Interview Type.
- Beside the meeting password is a Host PIN. The password is in the link, so nobody types it. The Host PIN goes in the client's email and never the candidate's.
- Press Schedule Interview. The client gets their own Host PIN with Join as host under it.
Book it from the calendar
Under the Host PIN your client contacts are ticked for you, and the candidate is not offered it. Tick a colleague too if they will run it. Save, and each person gets one email.
On the day
- The client opens the link, types the Host PIN and presses Join as host.
- The candidate waits until someone lets them in. People shows who is in and who is waiting.
- The client can remove a guest, never your team.
- New PIN replaces a PIN someone should no longer have, and the old one stops working.
- If nobody from your agency joins, Simi still takes the notes and they land on the candidate's record.

Can a client run an interview without the recruiter on the call?
Yes. Send the client a Host PIN and they join as host, let the candidate in and run the interview. Simi writes up the notes for you.
Does the candidate get the Host PIN?
No. The Host PIN only goes to the client contacts and colleagues you tick.
