Clients and candidates should see your agency when they join a meeting. The Branded Meetings Portal puts your address, logo, colour and name on the join page and your sender on every invite.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 39 s), part of the Get set up series.

Connect your own address

  1. Open Loops, click the gear for Loops Settings and choose Branded Meetings Portal. Admins see Whitelabel and Emails.
  2. In Whitelabel, press Use your own address and type it, such as meet.harwell.co.uk.
  3. Recruitly shows the one record to add and who your domain is with. Press Connect and add the record.
  4. The page checks by itself until it says Connected and secure.

Until then, guests see your name on meet.recruitly.app.

Brand the guest page and emails

The preview is exactly what guests see. Your logo and colour come from your Brand Kit. Click your name to change how it is written, and add a favicon. Under Emails, choose which verified sender invites come from, and every invite and transcript arrives in your name with your logo. Your clients sign in at your address and see only your meetings.

See Loops meetings, dedicated domain and AI meetings.

Can I use my own domain for meeting links?

Yes. Add one CNAME record and the links use your address once it shows Connected and secure.

Where does the meeting page get my logo?

From your Brand Kit, so it matches everything else you send.
