Once your admin has connected Microsoft Teams Phone, you can call any candidate from their record in Recruitly and Teams dials from your own number. It works like click to call on Recruitly's own phone system. Nobody types the call up afterwards: it is on the record with its length and the notes you jotted down.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (1 min 54 s), part of the Run your desk series.

Make Teams your default

Open your profile, find Outbound Dialer and choose Microsoft Teams. Then pick where calls open: the Teams app, Teams on the web or your system phone app.

Call and take notes

  1. On a candidate's record, click Call and choose Microsoft Teams. Teams opens with the number ready; confirm the call and talk as you normally would.
  2. Click Add call notes on the message, write what was said and the next steps, and save them.

On the record

The call shows straight away, marked Waiting for Teams. Once Microsoft reports it, usually within 30 minutes, the length and your notes are there, and with call transcripts on, Simi adds a summary. A call to a number that is on no record waits in Calls, under Calls to link, for you to link it, create a candidate or dismiss it.
