How a call works in Recruitly
- Open the Phone System and pick a local, national or toll-free number in the countries you hire in.
- Open the dialer and type a name, or press the call button on any number on a record.
- Read the brief before it rings: where they are in your process, what you promised last time and what to open with.
- Have the conversation. When you hang up, the summary, transcript and recording are on their record.
- Approve what Simi has drafted, such as the job spec email, the follow-up in your diary and the notice period on the record. Anything you promised becomes a callback on tomorrow's list.
