How to connect it
A Zoom account owner or admin connects Zoom once for the whole team, from Marketplace, then Zoom. Each Zoom Phone user is matched to a recruiter by email, and the admin chooses whose calls are logged.
Calling from Recruitly
Click any phone number on a candidate, contact or lead, and Zoom Phone dials from your own Zoom number. Beside the call you see their record, Simi's call prep (who they are, the role you are calling about and what to ask) and your notes, which are saved to the call when it ends. When someone rings your Zoom number, their record pops up before you answer.
What Simi does after every call
Each call is logged on the record with the recording and your notes, and Zoom's own summary when Zoom provides it. Simi writes her own summary beside it, with the salary, the notice period and the next steps, and writes the call up in Recaps with the actions she drafted, such as updates to the candidate's record and scorecard, each waiting for you to approve.
Every Zoom call also sits in Calls, next to the calls from any other phone your team uses, and texts sent from your Zoom number in the SMS chat are logged against the record too.
