How to screen job applications and approve the best into your pipeline

Applications from every job board you post to land in one list in Recruitly, grouped by the job they applied for and already assessed by AI. Approving one takes a few clicks and puts the applicant on the job's pipeline at the stage you choose.

Approve an application
- Open Applications in the left sidebar. Applicants from all your posted jobs are listed on the left.
- Click an applicant. The AI shows how strong a match they are, and you can read the full assessment.
- Click Approve and choose the job's pipeline, the source if you want to record it, and the candidate status.
- Optionally add them to a folder or assign tags, then approve.
The applicant moves onto the job, leaves the Applications list and is in Candidates like everyone else.
