Correct a transcript
- After a Loop call with Simi, press Correct this on the Transcript row of the call's card.
- Say the fix the way you would tell a colleague and press Fix it.
- Simi turns it into one fix, for example Harwell Recruitment instead of the three versions she heard, and shows what will change. Nothing changes yet.
- Press Save. The transcript, Simi's notes and the write-up are corrected. Undo puts the call back.
Words Simi knows
Every fix lands on one list for the whole agency. Press slash, type Simi skills and open Words Simi knows. Each word shows the right spelling and what Simi heard instead. Anyone in the agency can add, change or delete a word, including a new client's name before Simi ever hears it.
