Spec CVs to clients with AI: Simi finds the clients and writes the pitch
Start a spec send in BD Hub and Simi suggests who to pitch, the roles they fit and the clients who hire people like them, writes each pitch and sends a blind CV behind a tracked link.
A strong candidate lands on your desk with no open job to send them to. Speccing them out means working out who to send them to, writing a pitch for each client and hoping nobody goes direct. In Recruitly, Simi helps at every step.
Watch it on Recruitly Play (2 min 58 s).
Build the spec send
- In BD Hub, open Spec Send and start a new one. Simi has already read your recent calls and meetings and says who is worth pitching.
- Add candidates and Simi suggests the roles they fit, then searches every client in your database for the ones who hire people like them, and why.
- She checks none of them has been sent to those clients before.
- Each client gets a private email and a Blind CV with no name, employer or contact details.
Simi writes and checks the pitch
She reads every profile against the role and flags anyone who is not a strong fit. Press Fire and she gives you a last look before anything goes. Live view shows each client's own copy with their name and private link, and the privacy seal shows what they can and cannot see.
When a client is interested
BD Hub lists every send. When the client clicks I'm interested, the send moves to Interested, you get an email, and with auto-create on Recruitly opens the job at their company with the candidate at CV Sent.
