How to take WhatsApp calls in Recruitly

Candidates and clients already message you on WhatsApp, and some of them want to talk. With WhatsApp calls on, they call your WhatsApp Business number and it rings in Recruitly's AI Phone System like any other call.

Turn on WhatsApp calls

  1. Press slash, type WhatsApp and open WhatsApp Business. The WhatsApp calls column shows each number's state.
  2. Click a number. The WhatsApp calls card checks the number is live, assigned to someone and can message 2,000 people a day.
  3. Click Turn on and we ask WhatsApp straight away. Calls are billed by the minute from your credit balance.

If it says Waiting for WhatsApp

WhatsApp only allows calls once a number can message 2,000 people a day. We check every hour and email your admins the moment calls are on. Messages, phone calls and SMS carry on as normal.

When someone calls

It rings the person or main line on that number, like any phone call. After the call it shows in Calls marked WhatsApp, and Simi writes the notes if you record your calls.
