Video meetings for recruiters: guests join from a link, Simi takes the notes

Loops meetings is your own meeting room inside Recruitly. Candidates and clients join from a link in their browser, with no app and no account, and Simi takes the notes onto the right record.

Watch it on Recruitly Play (3 min 40 s).

Book it

• In the event form Loops sits beside Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. Pick it and the link is made with the password inside.
• Meet now in the Loops window starts a meeting at once or copies a link.
• On your booking page, pick Loops for an event type and every booking gets its own link.
• Invite a client from the Guests card and they arrive already linked to their record.

On the day

A guest who opens the link early is told when to come back. Nobody can knock outside the meeting's time, and anyone with only the meeting ID needs the password. The candidate types their name, leaves an email for the transcript and sees Simi is taking notes. You see who is knocking, deny anyone you do not know, let the rest in and lock the meeting. Simi records each voice separately so she knows who said what.

After the call

Each person from your agency gets their own notes in the meeting's loop. Promises go to Actions. Guests can have the transcript by email, and the notes land as a Journal note on the candidate's record. Guests keep their meetings at meet.recruitly.app, signing in with email and a code, and can ask Simi about their own calls only. Your notes and CRM stay with you.

Do candidates need an account to join a video interview?

No. They open the link in their browser and join.

Can I stop people joining an interview once it starts?

Yes. Lock the meeting and nobody new can knock.
